Wow, what a horrible week. The only habit I followed was Habit 1 - Exercise. I was so busy so the only water I got in was during exercise. As for sweets - YES I ate some. The said part was that it wasn't that good, well my daughters cake for her dad was but the one at work. YUK! I can't figure out why I had two pieces? Oh yeah, stress and I was trying to avoid work and thought maybe the cake would make it all better. WRONG! I so need to learn that some how, some way!! Habit 3 I'd say was my biggest problem this week. Scale - well no change. Guess that's what I get for eating Cake!
Ready for another week and shooting for some changes!
